If your branding on your website is completely different from your shop’s layout or promotional materials your customers know you by you could end up alienating potential clients. It should be obvious to existing customers that this is your brand, a brand they either already know or have seen around.

If necessary refresh or digitise your brand online and slowly roll it out in real life promotional materials as well.
