Digital Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

To manage client projects ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to

To manage key client accounts and be proactive in ‘upselling’ the services that Image Matters provide, whilst focusing on client retention at all times

To actively market the services of Image Matters and in so doing, increase turnover and develop new business

Duties Include But not limited to

  • Provide digital reviews for potential new clients
  • Develop, manage and review digital marketing campaigns
  • Produce online content that exceeds guidelines and grows online search presence for both clients and Image Matters
  • Promote & manage the output of photographic/video studio for client podcasts, video production, photography, etc 
  • Maintain direct contact with clients and host client meetings in order to receive and interpret new briefs
  • Assist in the planning, scoping, project managing and building of websites
  • Explore new ways of providing clients with an excellent online presence
  • Research, monitor and analyse emerging digital topics and trends to assess and make recommendations on future directions both for client and internal use
  • Undertake desktop research to ensure both clients and Image Matters keeps up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Assist in managing all marketing channels for Image Matters both online as well as offline, measuring ROI and KPIs
  • Manage and improve online content, using analytics and reporting software considering SEO
  • Actively improving the internal inbound marketing plan
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Improving current and developing new revenue streams, especially focusing on increasing annuity income
  • Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
  • Produce reports and analysis of campaigns and social media account performance  to the client and all team members
  • Monitoring all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly
  • Writing status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated
  • Develop holistic marketing strategies for Image Matters and assigned customers
  • Develop a customer retention strategy and improve customer experience

Key Skills

  • Knowledge of  web best practices
  • Ability to use a variety of content management skills such as WordPress
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Project management/managerial experience
  • Time Management skills
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companies success
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
